Im delighted to have passed my Guernsey EFT Practitioners Course, trained by Harley Street Practitioner Carey Mann and be 1 of the few EFT practitioners in Guernsey - which Im sure will grow rapidly.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique and also known as Tapping, an amazing Complementary Therapy that has taken the world by storm (an outstanding 65,000,000 google results at this point).

What is EFT Tapping?
A startling 95% of illness is now said to be produced by emotions.
EFT tapping involves many methods of tapping on certain meridian points, working on stuck emotions that can have a major effect on your health and well being.  Often with outstanding results in a very short time for both long and short term pain and emotions which can often be released in just 1 session.

What can EFT Tapping help?
EFT can help mental, physical and emotional problems as well as addictions including...

Weight Loss, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Improving Positive Thinking (which effects what we draw towards us) Insomnia, Self Confidence, Tension Headaches, Back & Shoulder Aches & Pains, Trauma, Phobias, Drinking and Smoking.

For long term illness and addictions a 3 week course is recommended to start (which may be enough).
Heidi can also give you help on how to tap for yourself between sessions.

During the consultation Heidi will explain the tapping points and talk you through a series of questions and statements whilst tapping on meridians to help release old stuck emotions, current problems and/or pains.
